The NIHR Yorkshire and Humber Patient Safety Translational Research Centre is a partnership between Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and the University of Leeds.

To deliver our ambitious programme of research we work with a range of partners to access the latest knowledge and technology as well as research expertise.

The University of Bradford delivers our Safe Use of Medicines theme. We also work closely with academics at the University of York on our Digital Innovations theme.

Care Opinion, the UK’s independent non-profit feedback platform for health and social care is a key partner in our Patient Involvement in Patient Safety theme.

Amongst our other active partners is the Improvement Academy, which is part of the Yorkshire and Humber Academic Health Science Network.

We aim to work collaboratively to deliver research that improves safety and are keen to test new innovations that can improve care. If you would like to work with us, have an idea you want to develop or research evidence you want to translate into practice, then we would be delighted to talk to you.
